Seth Lederman
For more than two decades, Seth Lederman has helped executives, professionals, physicians, entrepreneurs and investors navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: business ownership.

Title (provisional — pending confirmation)
Founder | Chief Advisory Officer | Creator of the Frannexus Method™
§ 01
Background
- Seth began as a business builder before becoming a franchise consultant. In 1990, he founded and grew a healthcare practice in New York City, learning every side of operating a company—from serving clients and managing operations to hiring staff and solving problems.
- As the practice grew, Seth built the systems, leadership, accountability and operational processes that allowed it to thrive without his daily involvement. Within 36 months, he grew the practice from approximately $500,000 in annual revenue to more than $3.5 million and created a business with enterprise value that could ultimately be sold internally.
- He is the author of the ebook "Profits are Better Than Wages", which explores the how and why of going into business for yourself.

§ 04
Specialties
- Executive and semi-absentee franchise ownership.
- Evaluating opportunities around investment goals, lifestyle preferences, available capital and desired level of involvement.

- Franchise Discovery Days, territory evaluations, franchise validation and long-term growth planning.
- Helping clients assess manager viability, unit economics, scalability, franchisor support, market demand and growth potential.
§ 05
Philosophy
- The right franchise is not the most popular franchise. It is the franchise that fits a client's goals, financial objectives, lifestyle, strengths and long-term vision.
- If a business depends entirely on its owner, the owner may have bought a job rather than built a business. Seth helps clients think in terms of systems, leadership, accountability and valuable assets.
- Seth's role is objective guidance and education—not sales pressure. Recommendations are based on what fits the client, not which franchise happens to be trending.
