How you handle pressure and ambiguity.

Former APA president Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi found that people engage in tasks where their self-efficacy is high and avoid those where it's low - and that the optimum level of self-efficacy sits a little above actual ability, which pushes people to tackle challenging work and grow.
